You will be located at 315 S. Elmwood Unit 101 Traverse City, Mi. Please feel free to contact me anytime with any questions or information you may be interested in the area. I can usually be reached best by text on my cell phone (231) 357-5261 .

The information you need to know

• There is a lock box on the door to access the unit. Your code for the lock box is 315. The lock box is on the door jam to the left.
• There is a pull out couch and the topper is located in the bed storage area.
• Our check in time is 4:00pm and our check out time is 11:00am.
• There is a binder available with more information about the area and condo.
• There is a parking spot designated for one spot per condo in the carport, there is also parking on Elmwood if your party has more than one car. THIS CONDO IS DESIGNATED PARKING SPOT #3
• Garbage can be emptied in bins by the building.
• Please run dishwasher prior to leaving.
• No smoking or pets.
• To access the Wifi the network to use MySpectrumWiFi2-2G, password swiftflower334.
